Welcome to Keen Fitness

Good morning, good afternoon or good evening, depending on where you are.  Keen Fitness is a website dedicated to the sport of cycling and to fitness in general. It’s a pastime for some, a serious sport for others and for a few it’s virtually a religion.  For many a bike is just a commuting method and one that is becoming increasingly common in towns and cities as the price of motoring and public transport rises.  Of course there are also enormous health benefits.

Keeping fit as part of your daily life is important for everyone, whatever age you are – whether it’s weight training, cycling as mentioned above, running or any number of other ways to get your heart beating a bit faster and your muscles working harder. I’ll also talk about cycling fitness and how you can gradually improve your strength and endurance without spending hours pounding along the tarmac.  As a resource I’ll also keep the site updated with all the big news from the world of cycling.
