Fitness Resources

How do you know that the website you've been directed to isn't some Ginsu-knife type of resource?  That the knowledge isn't outdated or not the best to get you to your goals the fastest based upon current research and knowledge?

The days of butt-floss spandex and leg warmers with 2 hour cardio sessions are not that far behind us.  Sadly, many trainers are still advocating outdated workouts and inefficient dietary recommendations.

I have scoured the web and found that the following sites offer good, solid information.  The books and products I recommend are ones that I personally own and have read.

If you'd like me to check out a link or product, please email it to me at KeenFitness@comcast.net.
